Structural design
The most advanced finite element analysis method is used in the design of the whole machine to analyze the dynamic rigidity and static rigidity of the whole machine structure, and by optimizing the internal structure design, the structural rigidity and processing stability of the machine can reach the best state.
Machine casting
Casting Technology:The base, saddle, column, worktable and headstock are made of high-quality FC30 cast iron.
High rigidity headstock group
Adopt high-precision and high-rigidity BT-40 spindle group made in Taiwan, standard speed belt type: 10000rpm, provide perfect cutting performance for the whole machine.
Spindle oil temperature cooling system
The spindle equipped with spindle oil temperature cooler, which can provide more stable performance for processing through a specific type of spindle cooling oil circulation cooling.
Tool magazine system
Automatic tool change: cam type 24 tools. The tool is randomly selected and positioned, and the tool is exchanged according to the rotation direction of the tool arm.
Cooling system
The end of the spindle has a four-point ring spray cooling function, which can effectively provide cooling for machining.
Chip removal system
The iron chips are flushed to the chip groove at the rear end of the machine through the chassis flushing double-helix chip removal system, which is convenient and simple to clean.

Delivery
Usually the delivery time takes 60-80 days. But it also depends on different machines with different configurations. Please contact us to confirm it is in stock or not.
Payment
We prefer to do 100% T/T (30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T before shipment)
Warranty
The warranty period is general 13 months after B/L date. During the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts (EXW) which caused by machine itself quality problems. Meanwhile, the machine should be under normal operation according to Operation Manual.(Except for improper operation or man-made damaged by buyers)
